Carol is the Therapy Operations Director. She came to Dreamplex working in our OT department as a COTA and then moved to our Orlando location when we opened in January 2020. She has 7 years of experience as a COTA and 15 years of experience as a teacher. She has a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a master’s degree in educational leadership. She has certifications in Handwriting without Tears, a feeding certificate from Feed the Peds course, and Brain Gym. She has a passion for working with young children and is an advocate for families to have access to excellent therapy.
