Jessica Sukhum is the Recreational Therapy Director and Adaptive Sports Coordinator at Central Florida Dreamplex, where she leads dynamic, inclusive programs that empower individuals of all abilities through movement, confidence-building, and meaningful community connections.

A graduate of University of Central Florida with a background in Health Sciences, Jessica’s journey with Dreamplex is a powerful example of growth and purpose. She began in an entry-level role and–through adaptability and a deep belief in the mission–rose into a leadership position where she now helps shape the organization’s impact.

Known for her resilience and heart, Jessica brings a deeply personal understanding of overcoming challenges and turning them into strength. She is passionate about creating spaces where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
