We’re excited to welcome you into our space! To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask that all renters follow these rules:

1. Respect the Space

Please treat the space with care and kindness so it remains welcoming for all who use it.

2. Decorations

Confetti, glitter, open flames (including candles), and similar materials are not permitted.

Only painter’s tape or removable putty may be used to hang decorations—no nails, tacks, or adhesives that damage walls.

3. Clean-Up Responsibilities

You are responsible for removing all decorations and personal belongings at the end of your event.

Please take home all leftover food, beverages, and supplies you bring in.

The space should be left in the same condition you found it.

4. Safety & Conduct

Renters are responsible for the behavior and safety of their guests.

Children must be supervised at all times.

No unlawful or disruptive activity is permitted.

5. Property & Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Any damage to the space, furniture, or equipment caused during your rental will be repaired or replaced at your cost.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your event are non-refundable.

7. Time Use

Your rental includes 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your paid rental time for setup and cleanup.

Please plan accordingly and vacate the space promptly once your allotted time has ended.

8. Food & Beverages

Food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome.

Alcohol is not permitted under any circumstances.

9. Rule Violations

Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning fees, charges for damages, or denial of future rentals.

By renting the space, you agree to follow these rules so that everyone can enjoy it for years to come.

Central Florida Dreamplex – Liability Waiver and Release of Claims

This Liability Waiver and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned (“Booking Party”) in favor of Central Florida Dreamplex, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers (“Released Parties”).

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I acknowledge that participation in activities, events, and use of the facilities at Central Florida Dreamplex involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, equipment use, physical activity, or other unforeseen incidents that may result in injury, illness, or property damage.

2. Voluntary Participation

I affirm that participation by myself and all guests invited by me is voluntary, and that all participants are physically and emotionally fit to take part in these activities.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities, I, on behalf of myself, my guests, my child(ren), and any personal representatives, heirs, and assigns, release, waive, and discharge the Released Parties from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to any injury, illness, accident, or property damage occurring during or as a result of participation by myself or any guest I invite.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including attorney’s fees) arising from participation by myself, my child(ren), or any guests I invite.

5. Supervision

I understand that children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Central Florida Dreamplex staff are not responsible for direct supervision during room rentals.

6. Medical Treatment

I consent to emergency medical treatment for myself, my child(ren), or any invited guests in the event of injury or illness and agree to be responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
