One-day sport clinics are offered each month and are open to all children and adults with special needs, ages 6 and up. Participants learn the game, play games, and have fun in these one-day clinics.
Sport clinics are announced and registration opens as they are confirmed with our partnering venues throughout Central Florida.

Participants will enjoy a fun day learning and practicing flag football skills with UCF Football players! We'll run fun drills and scrimmages then take a tour of the University of Central Florida football stadium, including the locker and weight rooms!

ABBY MENDO, Director of Sports & Recreation, was born in New York and raised in Clermont. She graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Development. Her education and other experiences throughout her life further sparked her interest and passion for working with families. As the Vice President of Liberty University’s Council for Exceptional Children, Abby served children who have exceptionalities and their families. Abby loves the beach, outdoors, and staying active! She is thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the Dreamplex team and enjoys building relationships with all the amazing families.
