Learn and practice various track and field events. Open to beginners and more advanced. Start at a recreational level and build to competitive level. All necessary equipment is provided.

Track & Field with the Dreamplex offers a unique opportunity to learn the events, refine your skills, and enjoy the experience. Participants follow standard track and field rules, with accommodations and adaptations to ensure inclusivity.

Open to all children and adults ages 7+ with physical impairments. Practices are held at the National Training Center track in Clermont, FL.
