Jeannette has over 20 years of Operations and Leadership experience. Most of her career has been in Central Florida after moving from New York in 2005.

Jeannette’s passion is working for nonprofit businesses. She enjoys educating others on the purpose behind Human Resource policies.

Jeannette spent 11 years with New Beginnings of Central Florida where she developed an understanding and compassion for what many individuals go through on a normal day for survival. She developed a great understanding of how home life and circumstances can impact work performance. 

Jeannette bridges the gap between management and employees. She believes in helping individuals understand their value and encourages them to voice their needs and aspirations.
