We have a variety of rooms ideal for a range of occasions: baby showers, anniversary parties, birthday parties, corporate meetings, workshops, community gatherings, and more. Every booking not only unlocks a well-equipped space but also supports Dreamplex’s core mission of serving children and adults with disabilities and special needs.
Inclusive event spaces are welcoming. “Our spaces are intentionally welcoming and inclusive,” said CEO Cameron Gomes, “From milestone celebrations to team training sessions, we’ve set up rental options that bring people together while advancing our work in therapy, recreation, education, vocational life-skills, adaptive sports, and community life.”

Planning an Event in Clermont? You’ve Got Options
Here’s what Central Florida Dreamplex has to offer for families, companies, and organizations planning events in Clermont:
- Dreamplex Play Zone: This high-energy setting is ideal for kids’ birthday parties, team outings, or family celebrations. Includes exclusive use of gym-and-play equipment (rock wall, trampoline, foam pit, beams), two dedicated party hosts, table/linen options, and refreshments. The Play Zone accommodates up to 20 children and 50 total attendees.
- The Friendship Place: Need a relaxed, indoor space perfect for making connections? Book The Friendship Place for baby showers, graduations, family reunions, club meetings, or community events. Includes food‐prep counters, tables/chairs, linens, two hosts, and flexibility for décor and catering. The Frienship Place accommodates up to 50 guests.
- Combined Rental (Playzone & Friendship Place): The best of both zones: an hour of active play in the Play Zone followed by an hour of food and social time in the Friendship Place, with the same support structure and amenities.
- Media Room: Our dedicated workspace is perfect for business meetings, training sessions, workshops, or community education. Includes a TV with HDMI hookups, tables/chairs, linens, one dedicated host, and access to the Friendship Place for breakout/refreshment space. The CFD Media Room accommodates up to 20 people.
Each rental includes a 30-minute setup period, optional half-hour extensions, and water/lemonade service. You can bring in decorations, and you may be able to bring in off-site catering (depending on the room). Please note, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for bookings.
